MS4400-series Pressure Sensor

The MS4400 series is a temperature compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a dual-in-line configuration. Integral temperature compensation is provided over a 0° – 50°C temperature range using laser-trimmed resistors. The pressure ports are 1/8” barbed ports which mate with 3/32” ID tubing. These tubes are vertically mounted (MS4416, MS4426) to the printed circuit board.
